Payments
Membership fees are charged in advance.
If you choose a monthly membership, your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
If you choose an annual membership, your subscription renews automatically each year until cancelled.

Cancelling Your Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew.
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
- No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
Refunds
As Cocoa & Coconut provides immediate access to digital content, membership fees are generally non-refundable.
However, if you believe a payment has been taken in error or you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your membership, please contact us. We will review each case individually and aim to resolve it fairly.
Member Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
Please do not share your login details with others.
