The Weeping Tree – By Tameika George

The poetic piece is based on the mourning state of nature due to mankind’s destructive ways. It matters because I want it to reach as many hearts as possible for the glory of God. God has blessed me with one out of the many talents I possess to write to help spread His message.

What if nature could speak? What would she say about the world we’ve created?

In The Weeping Tree, Tameika George imagines a world of mourning, where nature bears witness to humanity’s actions. Through vivid imagery and deeply rooted mesage of faith, she reminds us that even in destuction, there is room for hope.
